2025 Legislative Session Update

The Minnesota legislature approved the 2025 Pension and Retirement Bill. The bill includes several changes to MSRS pension plans.  Read more for a full summary of the bill.

We are pleased to announce that Voya Financial® (Voya) will become the recordkeeper for several MSRS-administered plans effective July 1, 2025.

Target Retirement 2025 Fund News

On March 31, the Target Retirement 2025 Fund will merge with the Target Retirement Income Fund. The attached notice was mailed to all 2025 Fund participants in mid-March.
