MSRS is located in the Retirement Systems of Minnesota building just a few
blocks west of 35E. MSRS's new office is easily
accessible from the freeway by exiting onto Pennsylvania Avenue.
Directions: West of St. Paul on I-94: Take I-94 east to 35E North to the Pennsylvania Ave. exit. Turn left on Pennsylvania to Empire Drive (one block east of Rice Street). Park in the lot at the front entrance. East of St. Paul on I-94: Take I-94 west to the 12th Street (State Capitol) exit. When exiting on 12th, immediately merge to the far right lane. Take a right on Jackson (first stoplight) to Empire Drive and turn left on to Empire Drive and continue 1/2 block on your left. Free parking in the lot in front of the entrance. North of St. Paul on 35 E: Take 35E south to Pennsylvania Ave. Turn right on Pennsylvania and go to Empire Drive (one block east of Rice Street). Turn right onto Empire Drive, and a second right at the T in the road. MSRS is in the second building on the right. Turn right into the parking lot at the front entrance. South of St. Paul on 35 E: Follow I-35 north through the commons area with I-94 East. Just north of that commons area take the Pennsylvania Ave. exit. Turn left on Pennsylvania, and follow that to Empire Drive. Turn right on Empire Drive (one block east of Rice Street). Make a second right at a T in the road. MSRS is in the second building on the right. Make a right turn into the parking lot at the front entrance. From the capitol complex: Proceed north on Rice Street to Pennsylvania Ave. Turn right on Pennsylvania, and follow that to Empire Drive (about one block). Turn left on Empire Drive and take the first right at a T, MSRS is in the second building on the right. Turn right into the lot by the front entrance. |
